Month of MAY home sales were recorded 27.7% above the 10 years MAY sales average.
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential home sales in the region totaled 4,268 in MAY 2021, a 187.4 % increase from the 1,485 sales recorded in MAY 2020, and a 13 per cent decrease from the 4908 homes sold in April 2021.
Vancouver East – May 2021
Sales in Vancouver-East recorded at 190 in the month of April 2021, which represents 196% increase compared to MAY 2020.
Active Listings in Vancouver-East recorded at $ 683 in the month of MAY 2021, which indicates 85% increase compared to MAY 2020.
Average Price/Unit in Vancouver-East recorded at $1,859,770 in the month of MAY 2021, which represents 21% increase compared to MAY 2020.
South – SURREY/ white rock – May 2021
Sales in South Surrey/ White Rock recorded at 188 in the month of MAY 2021, which represents 4.6 decrease compared to last month and 370 % increase compared to MAY 2020.
Active Listings in South Surrey/ White Rock recorded at 524 in the month of MAY 2021, which represents 3 % decrease compared to last month and 6.1% increase compared to MAY 2020.
