Vancouver | Surrey | Delta

January 2022

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) recorded detached home Average Sale Price at $2,297,068 in the month of January 2022 which indicates +26.6% increase in the region compare to January 2021.

Same time The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board recorded detached home Average Sale Price at $1,907,934 in the month of January 2022 which indicates +38.0%increase in the region compare to January 2021.

Vancouver housing Market- January 2022

Vancouver East

Sales in Vancouver-South recorded at 65 in the month of January 2022, which represents -40.9% decrease compared to January 2021.

NEW Listings in Vancouver-East recorded 144 in the month of January 2022, which indicates -17.7% decrease compared to January 2021

Average Sale Price in Vancouver-East recorded at $2,149,280 in the month of January 2022, which represents +17.6% increase compared to January 2021.

South - Surrey/ White Rock

Sales in South Surrey/ White Rock recorded at 91 in the month of January 2022, which represents -27.2% decrease compared to last year January 2021.

New Listings in South Surrey/ White Rock recorded at 175 in the month of January 2022, which represents -27.4% decrease compared to last year January 2021.

Average Sale Price in South Surrey/ White Rock recorded at $2,294,015 in the month of January 2022, which represents +32.8% increase compared to last year, January 2021.

Surrey - North

Sales in Surrey- North recorded at 59 in the month of January 2022, which represents -22.4% decrease compared to last year January 2021.
